Ingredients

1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup mayonnaise

3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

1 tablespoon Sriracha (adjust for heat)

Corn tortillas (6-8)

1 cup shredded red cabbage

Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

Prepare the Shrimp: In a mixing bowl, season the peeled shrimp with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

Set Up Breading Station: In one bowl, place the flour. In a second bowl, add the beaten eggs. In a third bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.

Bread the Shrimp: Dip each shrimp first in flour, shaking off excess, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs. Ensure each shrimp is fully coated.

Air Fry the Shrimp: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the breaded shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they don’t touch. Cook in batches if necessary. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.

Make the Bang Bang Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha. Adjust the Sriracha based on your spice preference.

Assemble the Tacos: Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet or microwave. Layer with shredded red cabbage, then add a generous portion of air-fried shrimp. Drizzle with Bang Bang sauce and garnish with fresh cilantro.

Serve: Serve with lime wedges on the side for an extra zesty kick.
