Ingredients

2 large flatbreads (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded (use rotisserie or grilled)

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust according to taste)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)

1/4 cup sliced green onions

1/4 cup ranch dressing (for drizzling)

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Chicken: In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken with buffalo sauce. Toss until well coated.

Assemble Flatbreads: Place flatbreads on a baking sheet. Evenly distribute the buffalo chicken mixture over each flatbread.

Add Cheese: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken, followed by crumbled blue cheese if using.

Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the flatbreads are slightly crisp.

Garnish: Remove from the oven and drizzle ranch dressing over the top. Sprinkle with sliced green onions and fresh parsley for added flavor and color.

Slice and Serve: Cut the flatbreads into wedges and serve hot, with extra buffalo sauce and ranch on the side if desired.
