2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup diced bell peppers (any color)

1/4 cup chopped green onions

4 large flour tortillas

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)

Optional: Salsa and sour cream for serving

Mix the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, diced bell peppers, and green onions. Add the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

    Prep the Tortillas: Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface. If they are stiff, warm them slightly in the microwave for about 10 seconds to make them more pliable.

      Assemble the Wraps: Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing the filling in the center of each. Fold the sides in over the filling and then tightly roll the tortilla from the bottom to the top to enclose the filling completely.

        Cook the Wraps: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Carefully flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes on the other side until crispy and heated through.
