1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1/2 cup honey

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp grated fresh ginger

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, grated ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Add the chicken thighs to the mixture, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for maximum flavor.

    Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

      Arrange the Chicken: Remove the chicken thighs from the marinade, letting excess marinade drip off. Place the chicken in the prepared baking dish.
