Ingredients

1 package (15.35 oz) Oreo cookies

8 oz cream cheese, softened

2 cups white chocolate chips

1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for thinning)

Crushed Oreos (for garnish)

Sprinkles (optional, for decoration)

Instructions

Crush the Oreos: Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until they are finely ground into crumbs. You can also place them in a resealable bag and crush them with a rolling pin.

Mix with Cream Cheese: In a large bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese. Mix until well combined and there are no visible streaks of cream cheese.

Roll into Balls: Using your hands, scoop out about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Place the rolled balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat until all the mixture is used.

Chill: Refrigerate the Oreo balls for about 30 minutes to firm up.

Melt the Chocolate: While the Oreo balls are chilling, melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat them in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth. If the chocolate is too thick, stir in a tablespoon of coconut oil to thin it out.

Coat the Oreo Balls: Remove the chilled Oreo balls from the refrigerator. Dip each ball in the melted white chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated. Use a fork to lift it out and let any excess chocolate drip off.

Decorate: After coating each ball in chocolate, place them back on the parchment-lined baking sheet. While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle crushed Oreos or sprinkles on top for decoration.

Chill Again: Once all Oreo balls are coated and decorated, return them to the refrigerator for another 30 minutes to set the chocolate.

Serve: Once set, enjoy your delicious Oreo bliss bites as a perfect treat for any occasion!
