Ingredients

1 lb ground chicken

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

2 clove garlic, minced

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil (for grilling)

Burger buns

Mayonnaise (optional, for serving)

Lettuce, tomato, and pickles (optional, for toppings)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Using your hands, mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. Be careful not to overmix as this can make the burgers dense.

Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties, about 1 inch thick. Make a small indentation in the center of each patty to help them cook evenly.

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat and lightly brush it with olive oil to prevent sticking.

Once hot, place the patties on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the burgers are nicely browned.

During the last minute of cooking, place the burger buns on the grill to toast lightly.

Serve the burgers on toasted buns with optional toppings such as mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Enjoy your delightful white cheddar and spinach chicken burgers!
